Shipping charges & cancellation policy

When you add an item to the cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight, destination and mode of shipping.

Orders received before noon GMT (UTC) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our international delivery partner, Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL/FedEx do not deliver Lily Kerridge orders on Saturdays or Sundays.

To cancel your order, send an email to info@lilykerridge.com with your order details and we'll cancel it promptly.

Important notice: it has come to our notice that the customs department in Italy, Costa-Rica and the Czech Republic may have begun charging an additional amount as customs clearance fee. We at Lily Kerridge work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer. Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the orders have been dispatched from our fulfilment centre. 

Delivery partners

For international shipping, we work primarily with DHL/FedEx, ems and Royal Mail to deliver our coffees worldwide. Express service (DHL/FedEx) takes up to 5-7 working days for delivery, Royal Mail takes up to 10-14 working days for delivery & Parcel Force takes up to 15-25 days for delivery.  You can also email us at info@lilykerridge.com and we'll be glad to assist you with your order.
